Refund Policy

At Millstone Massage, we strive to deliver the highest quality care. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below.
 

1. Appointments
 

  • We do not offer refunds for completed massage services.

  • If you are unsatisfied with your session, please let us know so we can address your concerns.

     

2. Late Cancellations / No Shows
 

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee (up to the full price of the session).

  • No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
     

3. Package & Gift Card Refunds
 

  • Packages and gift cards are non-refundable but may be transferred to another client with prior approval.
