At Millstone Massage, we strive to deliver the highest quality care. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below.
 
1. Appointments

We do not offer refunds for completed massage services.
 - 
If you are unsatisfied with your session, please let us know so we can address your concerns.
 
2. Late Cancellations / No Shows
 
- 
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a fee (up to the full price of the session).
 - 
No-shows are not eligible for a refund.
 
3. Package & Gift Card Refunds
 
- 
Packages and gift cards are non-refundable but may be transferred to another client with prior approval.
