My Story
Born and raised in Georgia, I’ve explored a few different paths in life, but nothing has felt more right than the work I do now. With the unwavering support of my wife and daughters, I turned a dream into reality and began my career as a massage therapist. After graduating from Georgia Career Institute and earning my Massage Therapist License, I started my journey at Massage Envy and later worked with the team at Tranquility Massage and Wellness.
After three years of honing my craft, I decided to take the leap and open my own practice. That dream came to life at the perfect location: above The Oak House Distillery and Speakeasy, where I founded Millstone Massage.
What drives me in this work is seeing real progress in the people I serve. Whether someone comes in with a specific issue or simply needs to relax, I tailor each session to the client’s unique goals. For me, there’s nothing more rewarding than helping people feel better in their own bodies.
I also believe strongly in the power of incorporating stretching into a massage routine.
